1984

The Pierrotters’ second year saw our first change in personnel: Hacko was replaced by Wacko on guitar and Dacko came back in on bits & pieces to replace Sacko.  We once again performed along the beach, but also tried a few other locations and venues such as the Zap Club and Littlehampton Museum, for whom we generated our first press release. The Palace Pier refused to allow us on, as we were regarded as buskers.

We performed for 4 weeks in August and performed for up to 5 hours daily between the piers and each day on the Pavilion Lawns (weather and the ‘Lawns Trio’ permitting!)
